How to Submit a Test Entry for the Keystone Chapter
STEP 1
Download an entry form
OR log into the NAVHDA Member Portal - RECOMMENDED - and click on Upcoming Tests > locate desired Keystone test > click on Register for Test (you must mail payment**, see STEP 3 below)
STEP 2
Complete entry form in its entirety or it may not be accepted. You will need to know your NAVHDA member # and renewal date, your dog's registration #, dog's registered name, dog's DOB...if you submit your entry through the NAVHDA Member Portal, all of this information will be pre-populated for you.
If you are entering more than one dog, you must send (or submit) INDIVIDUAL and fully-completed entry forms AND checks for EACH dog. Please note: a handler may not run more than two (2) dogs on any Keystone test day.
STEP 3
At this time, we ONLY accept checks as method of payment for test entries.

About NAVHDA Tests
Valid, meaningful tests must be conducted in an environment that reflects actual hunting conditions, and they must test the important qualities of a good versatile dog. NAVHDA provides four levels of testing: Natural Ability, Utility Prep, Utility Test, and the Invitational.
NAVHDA Youth Testing Incentive
The goal of the NAVHDA Youth Testing Incentive Program is to educate and encourage youth to participate in the NAVHDA testing programs through partial reimbursement of the applicant’s test entry fee. Any member under 19 years old that handles a dog in a NAVHDA sanctioned test is eligible for a 75% refund of their paid test entry fee...and the Keystone Chapter will cover the remaining 25% for any youth handlers that run in a Keystone test!
