Keystone Membership Process
Step 1
First, complete a Membership Application for the Keystone Chapter and sign our Release of Liability form (found within the Membership Application file below).
Step 2
Second, provide Membership Dues payment. Membership dues is currently:
$45.00 per year per person, plus $40.00 per year for each additional family member.
Children under 18 enjoy free membership.
There are two methods to pay your membership dues:
METHOD 1
Check made payable to: Keystone NAVHDA
METHOD 2
PayPal* funds to: keystonenavhda@gmail.com
*Please note: paying your membership dues through PayPal incurs additional fees. If you choose to pay through PayPal, use the following fee schedule:
$47.50 per year per person, plus $42.50 per each additional family member.
You will need to login to your PayPal account.
Step 3
Finally, submit your completed Membership Application, signed Release of Liability, and Membership Dues.
There are two methods to completing this:
METHOD 1
Mail Membership Application, signed Release of Liability, and Membership Dues (if paying by check) to our chapter treasurer:
